The Beer

Our beers will take their names from the dogs in our lives, including the ones you bring into Half Bear. Duffy has a soft spot for German styles. Expect those alongside beers from other traditions, with barrel-aged and blended batches in the mix.

The Litter Flights are where you come in. You’ll join us for a brew day on our small pilot system and help make a beer named for your dog. Three of those beers will go on tap together as a Litter Flight. Order the flight, try all three, and vote for your favorite.

The winner gets a full batch on the main brewing system, a label featuring the dog’s portrait and story, and a tap handle made from their leash. Your Best Friend’s name on the beer, their face on the label, and you there to tell the story.
